The following conditions will not apply from November 29, 2018 to January 6, 2019. We do not guarantee deliveries before January 6 of orders placed in the aforementioned period.

For items in stock, Mastoro.es guarantees delivery to the carrier on the day of placing the order of all those orders placed before 12:00 hours (Spanish time) from Monday to Friday. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or local holidays, the order will be processed on the first working day after the day of placing the same. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the shipment will be made when we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

If the item is not in stock, Mastoro, will inform you of the expected entrga date, depending on the availability of the item.

In the case of wagon orders, we do not undertake to an exact delivery date. The delivery date will depend on the orders we have at all times. We recommend checking the delivery date first, as there is usually an average waiting list of 10 days.

* Orders will be released from store monday to Friday, before 18:00

* Delivery time will count from the day after the order is shipped.

* The maximum delivery time will be 4 working days on the peninsula.

Shop pickup: The order can be picked up in our store Mastoro.es at C/General San Martín, 1, 46004 VALENCIA. The order can be picked up immediately from your confirmation of availability.
