Mastoro allows customers the possibility of canceling the order at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order is in the carrier's possession for shipment. Return of custom items will not be possible. It will also not be possible to return sets or pack of items that include any custom items.
The customer will have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order, to make the return of the purchased product. The customer must inform Mastoro, within the stipulated period, his wish to exercise his right to return or exchange. To do this, the customer must return the item to us in perfect condition, including labels, packaging and instructions. we will not accept returns or changes of custom items, except for error on the part of Mastoro, which cannot be otherwise resolved.
The cost of the return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of an error of Mastoro. It is important to note that we will not accept shipments due, unless prior agreement.
No merchandise from which we have not previously received information in our email email@example.com or by calling our customer service department 96.352.50.60 will be accepted.

Exchange or return items must be returned perfectly packed to Mastoro. Once we have received the goods in our facilities and have verified the status of the item, we will proceed to the refund of the amount of the item in accordance with the payment method made and, if applicable, the shipment of a new product.
We will refund the amount of the item within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt at our facilities of the exchange or return item.
