1. OBJECT

1.1. These are the Conditions governing the access, purchase and shipping of the products offered in the online store of Mastoro.es

1.2. The ownership of Mastoro.is RAFAEL MONSALVEZ PEREZ, established at C/ General San Martín 1, 46004, Valencia, Spain and with N.I.F. 22686828L.

1.3. It will be understood that the access, purchase of products or the mere use of Mastoro.es by the user implies the acceptance of the user to each and every one of the General Conditions that Mastoro.es has published at any time the user accesses Mastoro.es.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. Photographs relating to the products contained in the Online Store seek to provide truthful information about the products, although they are not exhaustive. The dimensions and weights of the products are approximate, and may vary slightly, since they are artisanal products.

2.2. Product offers will be valid as long as stocks are available.

2.3. In case of temporary unavailability of the product, Mastoro.es will inform the buyer of the expected availability date, so that he decides whether to wait or cancel the order

2.4. The temporary unavailability or definitive stock exhaustion of a product placed in an order shall have no consequence on the processing and delivery of the rest of the order.

3. ORDERS

3.1. To place your order, the buyer may: - either register in Mastoro.es by filling in the corresponding data forms, which will allow him, on the one hand, to place subsequent orders without having to refill the forms prior to placing the order and, on the other hand, follow all his orders; - either make one or more purchases in the Mastoro.es without registering with it. In any case, the buyer must necessarily fill out a form, which will collect the necessary data so that the order can be registered and sent, and accept the Privacy Policy and the General Conditions of Purchase of the online store.

3.2. The order will be processed in five stages: User ID, Invoice and Shipping Data, Type of Shipment and Payment Method, Order Confirmation and Order Shipment.

3.3. To place an order, you must follow the procedure described and click "Accept" the payment. Once the payment is authorized, the buyer will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order

3.4. Mastoro.es reserves the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content thereof. Although we will always do our best to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse the processing of an order after we have submitted the Order Confirmation, so Mastoro.es reserves the right to do so at any time, in its sole discretion.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases he makes on Mastoro.es by:

- Bank transfer to our "La Caixa" account

- Credit or debit card via virtual POS.

- Paypal.

- Cash on delivery. This method of payment has an additional surcharge of 4% sobhre the total order, with a minimum of 3 euros

4.2. The price of each product shall be that stipulated at any time in Mastoro.es, except in the event of a manifest error in the indication thereof. Mastoro.es always tries to make sure that all prices listed in the Mastoroare correct, but however, errors can occur. If Mastoro, you notice an error in the price of any of the products that the Buyer has ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact the Buyer, the order will be deemed cancelled and the amounts paid will be refunded in full.

4.3. Mastoro.es shall not be required to supply you with any product at the wrong lower price (even after you have sent the Shipping Confirmation to buyer) if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by you as the incorrect price.

4.4. The prices on this website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Online Store.

4.5. Prices may change at any time, but (except as set forth above) any changes will not affect orders with respect to which we have already sent you a Shipping Confirmation.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. When placing the order, the Purchaser must indicate the place where he/she wishes to receive his/her order. Orders are delivered to the address mentioned by the Buyer when placing the order. If the Buyer is absent, he will be left with a delivery notice which will be deposited in his/her mailbox. capotestorero.com shall not be liable for the delivery of a package to the wrong address, if this error results from the indications provided by the Purchaser when placing the order.

5.2. Without prejudice to the provisions of clause iind with respect to the availability of the products, and except in case of force majeure or fortuitous other than the will of Mastoro.es, orders will be delivered to the Purchaser within the time limits indicated in the corresponding Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within a maximum period of 4 working days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation. In the period from December 29th to January 6th, these deadlines are not guaranteed, not guaranteeing delivery before the day of kings.

5.3. If for whatever reason Mastoro.es is unable to meet the delivery deadline, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.

5.4. For each order, the Purchaser will be charged a price on the transportation costs. This expense will be indicated before the time of order confirmation and payment.

5.5. Mastoro.es undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the user must be an address at which the delivery can be made within normal business hours.

5.6. If at the time of delivery of the product at the address indicated, the user is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If, seven (7) business days from the date of notice, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the warehouses of Mastoro.es and the customer shall be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as the associated possible management costs.

5.7. Mastoro.es shall not be liable for errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the user does not conform to the place of delivery desired by the user. At the time of delivery of the product order, the user must display his/her identification document to the carrier, sign the delivery note and request a copy of it from the carrier.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The information or personal data you provide about you will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy of Mastoro.es. By using this website you consent to the processing of such information and data and declare that all information or data you provide to us are truthful and correspond to reality.

7. APPLICABLE LAW. These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law. .
